Swami Dayananda


Swami DayanandaDayananda: Founded Arsha Vidya Gurukalam, Dayananda is a Hindu monk and renowned traditional teacher of Advaita Vedanta being influenced by public talks of Chunmayanda. He became involved with the Chinmaya Missikon, becoming a sannyasi in 1962.

He has taught Vedanta for more than four decades and is considered by many to be the greatest living teacher of non duality living. He has taught 60 qualified acharyas, who now teach the world over. He maintains a school of study in the United States in Saylorsburg Pennsylvania. Arsha Vidya means knowledge of the Rishis, or the ancient Indian seers of truth.
