Things have gotten very quiet here at StillnessSpeaks.com.
As a website pointing and celebrating the "spaceless space" which infinitely births, sustains and dissolves the very entirety of appearance, it should not be surprising that silence might be it's very greatest gift.
It's just that we never bothered to explain this abrupt stillness.

What do I mean by Reality? Only this: our direct experience in this very moment. What else could it possibly be?
Of course, even this is untrue, because we never experience a moment, much less time. We only ever experience the eternal now, without beginning or end.
In fact, materiality itself is imagination, a continuous circular movement of awareness: from creation, to perception, as everything-ness, to dissolution, and, then, nothingness, all occurring outside of time itself.
"Perception is creation" as Francis Lucille so lucidly points out.

Last week we posted a wildly popular video dialogue with Eckhart Tolle here. In this video, Eckhart and I discussed the "Dark Night of The Soul" and the intimate and impersonal nature of consciousness. Eckhart explains that the "mind" will never understand "awareness". (Click here to watch this Eckhart Tolle video dialogue).
This led to a deeply interesting dinner conversation last week with a friend, who pointed to something ineffable and suggested I read some work of a highly regarded American Mystic, Franklin Merrell-Wolff.
