A lot of people in the satsang commnity talk about the power of the story, which we attach to the appearance.

Perception, appearance, or experience are all synonymous. They are only as they are; there is no need to elaborate any further. Nevertheless, when we go on to think about them, then we form a story around them and that story contains within itself the entire universe.

By simply noticing the story, there is already freedom from the story and a seeing of life as it truly is.
