Nothing to Grasp
By Joan TollifsonBuy From Amazon
We habitually search for certainty and something to grasp. But in holding on to nothing at all, there is immense openness and freedom. This book points to waking up from our imaginary bondage, from the story of lack, and from the imaginary ‘me’ who seems to be at the center of all our suffering and confusion. It points to what is effortlessly happening, what is obvious and impossible to avoid—the ever-present, ever-changing, actuality of this moment. Nothing to Grasp is a celebration of life as it is.
