“We are terrified by the understanding that we are actually the universe. We are the power, the glory, the wisdom, the everything.” ~ Steven Harrison
In our last survey, some subscribers asked that we review Steven Harrison. We had wanted to do something with him for quite awhile. Steven Harrison is purposefully low profile. However, recently, he graciously gave us quite a bit of content to introduce his work.
Steven is an “international speaker on the topics of consciousness, human development, relationship and alternative education.”
Steven’s rich, fresh, and persuasive content is available at his website, Doing Nothing. Yoga Journal characterized his voice as “uncompromising honesty.”
Steven’s core message of “stopping the search” reminds one of the well known Indian advaita (nonduality) sage, Papaji’s message : “call off the search” or “stop searching,” which has been expressed eloquently, and taught worldwide, by Papaji’s student Gangaji since 1990.
Many thanks to Connie Shaw and the staff at Sentient Publishing, who tirelessly aggregate and distribute the work of these “reluctant gurus.” Visit Sentient Publishing by clicking here to see her exciting collection of books regarding Self realization.
